• Return of non-defective products must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• It must contain all accessories and original packaging, and be in "as new" condition (i.e. sellable).
• All defective product(s) will be replaced within 10 working days from the day which the product was received. If we found that the product(s) cannot be replaced by the same model, we will change with our alternative model.
• If you like to return the items for some reasons, we will ensure the process of receiving a refund or exchange (excluding the shipping fee) is as easy as possible. Assume that you have bought the items from us not later than 7 days from the invoice date.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• No refunds or returns will be accepted for product that is missing any of the original packaging.
• There will be 15% Restocking Fee for: ordered the wrong item, ordered cancellation after order been shipped out, Missing any of the original packaging or accessories when returned, Return a NON-Faulty item for exchange, and return an order without a valid RGA number.
