All products carry manufacturer / replacement warranty ranging from 1-5 years warranty. Customers must read the product detail regarding the product warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage due to customer misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation or product accessories.
Should a customer receives any product which is faulty, then the customer must notify us within 7 days to get the RMA number.
Warranty exchanges must receive a RMA number before it can be shipped back to us.
Warranty exchange for obsolete products no longer available may be substituted with an equivalent product at our discretion.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable or responsible for any loss of software applications or personal data.
